World of Tanks is a free to play game that apparently has a world record and that a bunch of people keep asking about. So you either want to somehow increase performance or you want to experience World Of Tanks in a way you have never seen before https://gameclash.org/sampdoria-esports-cup/?
Good. Welcome to the LowSpecGamer, the show where I explore way of reducing graphics in games by all ways possible so forget about regular textures sizes because we are making this game run! Huh, I had not said that in a while. Before moving on... ultra lowering graphics might help you with FPS but what if you are looking to have better network performance in your online game? I am glad to say this video is sponsored by Outfox, a service that allows you to connect to an optimized gaming network that provides better latency and stability and you can try for free in the link in the description. If you are playing a game that is on the compatibility list, like World of Tanks or Overwatch you just let it open in the background and it will do its thing. Really easy. Hell, if it detects your normal network is faster than its private one it will turn off automatically. Gotta appreciate its honesty. So, give it a try. I will be using it during this video. World of Tanks is a long running free to play game. It runs on its own Bigworld engine and if you want to get some extra performance on the current version there are quite some things to do. Something interesting that you can start with is DirectX9. By default the game seems to run on DirectX11, but you can easily force it to use an older versionof DirectX using a launch command. To add a launch command you can go to the installation directory of the game, which is usually on the games folder, and add a shortcut of the main .exe of the game to the desktop and in the properties of that shortcut you can add this launch command “-clientGraphicsAPI d3d9” which is also in the description. Now every time you start the game through this shortcut it will be using DiretX9. Using DX9 adds an interesting perk, you can now use Hialgo tools to cut the resolution when you need an extra FPS boost on GPU bottlenecks. If you have no idea what I am talking about, Hialgo is a set of tools to change the resolution of DirectX9 games while playing. I will be using Hialgo Switch, a tool that cuts the resolution of the game in half at any moment with the press of a button. However, Hialgo does not seem to detect the game correctly. There is a sort of brute force fix for this that you can do by going to the Hialgo configuration file in the document / my games / hialgo / switch or boost and then the folder with the name of the game. By setting this variable to False the resolution of everything will be cut when you switch. In here you also have an opacity variable you can set to 0 to remove this logo or this variable to remove the FPS counter if you wish to do so. The default button to switch resolutions is the middle mouse button and you can immediately notice the difference in visibility and performance every time I switch. A cooler thing you can do on this game is install a texture resolution mod to reduce the size of the game’s textures. I will be using this 6% resolution mod linked in the description that works with version 9.19 of World of Tanks. This website is a good place to find other texture compression mods in general. Sadly the install instructions on the mod page itself are wrong, so after hours of trying to read instructions in Russian (By the way, hello dear Russian viewers. Thanks for watching) I understood how to install this. You need to move all the contents of the mod to the installation directory of the game in the games folder, then res and finally packages. There are a bunch of numbered bat scripts in the new files that you need to run, from 1 to 8 to extract all the textures of the game. This is like looking into the Matrix, but less cool. There will be a new folder, this one, with the scripts for the 6% resolution textures. You need to take everything inside this folder and move it back into the main packages folder. Finally, you run this autoinstall script that repacks the compressed textures so the game can use them. If you are doing this you might want to go get a drink or something, because this can take a while. But after it is done you can will notice that the game has severely dropped in quality… take a look. Welcome to the best combat game you have ever seen in your life. Isn’t this amazing? Oh no, no, no, umm, turn. Is there anything I can do? Oh god. Now we’re moving at a really slow pace so- ah! This is not good. Oh, that’s not good, that’s not good, that’s not good, that’s terrible, that was absolutely terrible. Ah! Seriously?! Oh god. Did- Did I kill him? I think I did, at the cost of 2 friendlies but that’s something, right? Hahaha, things just disappear when you touch them, Oh god. It’s funny, I was just complaining about how I’m a little bit tired of playing too many- too many very fast games but I seem to have gone the other spectrum although I have no idea why in the world would I expect a tank game to be fast. I think this might actually be better. Oh, almost got him, almost got him! Mine, mine, mine, mine. Oh God, I’m trying to take cover behind this rock but I think… Oh yeah this, that was definitely a terrible idea. C’mon, c’mon! Seriously, that was so close. I’m getting proper into this. Ok I see one, and this time I’m gonna think a little bit better about cover. That- hmm! Ok. There’s a medium tank right there and I think I can take him, if we’re careful we can totally take him. Fire! Ok, well well, four against one wasn’t exactly- oh? Well nevermind! That wasn’t that bad. That is all for this video. Truth be told I am currently taking a small break to be able to continue doing videos more effectively and I feel like there a lot of other tips to explore on this game. Do you know any? Do you want me to keep improving performance on this game further? Let me know with your comments. And thank you to those donating in Patreon, as always. Love you all!

And also for hostels it's kind of essential, given that they are still a bit of a rarity. So try and book the ball 3 months in advance not only get a room but to get one the cheap as well. And the last option and one that I use a heck of a lot are "overnight buses" which leads us on to transportation Japan's transportation infrastructure is legendary. Riding on trains is an effortless joy they're never late, they're always clean And passengers aren't shouting down the phone about how drunk they were last weekend with their friends Barry and Deborah. But it is a little bit pricey especially the bullet trains.
And the first conundrum most foreign travelers have when coming here, is whether or not to get the Japan Rail Pass. Where for about 46,000 yen you can travel the country freely for two weeks on Shinkansen and local trains and save quite a bit of money and have peace of mind along the way. To give you an idea of how much you could save, if you came to Japan for a two-week trip, visiting Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima. The cost of catching bullet trains and a round trip would be around 43,000 yen. If you take into consideration other costs such as subway trains and buses, that would likely add up to another 10,000 yen. At the minimum you're saving about 6 thousand yen, but probably more! And more importantly, it'll save you the time and stress of standing around at ticket machines every day for 2 weeks buying train tickets and bus tickets, and that alone is a good enough reason to consider it. However there is an even cheaper way of traveling the country. Some friends recently visited and we traveled the same route from Tokyo to Kyoto and Hiroshi Shima. Instead of using 3 bullet trains on the roundtrip, we used 2 night busses and a domestic flight from Hiroshima back to Tokyo. On top of that, we probably spent another 10,000 yen traveling around the cities on the subway trains. That gave us a total of 34,000 yen! Which is quite a bit cheaper than getting the Japan Rail Pass. If you're traveling Japan on a budget, let night busses be your secret weapon! because as well as being half the price of a bullet train, if you travel through the night you're also saving on accommodation as well. For example... We traveled on the night bus for 2 nights and thus saved 2 nights of accommodation, which would have been around another 8,000 yen. that said if you are traveling by night bus there are a few additional costs. For example... You'll need to spend at least another 600 yen, on a bottle of wine to make sure you're fully knocked out for the duration of the trip. I'd say 50 % of the time, I'm able to sleep on the night bus. And the other 50 %of the time... I arrive at my destination a broken man, cursing the day that buses were ever invented. The 2 best websites for booking are... Willer Express and Japan travel bus.com. Which are both in English and nice and easy to use. in recent years though, Japan's also seen a steady stream of low-cost airline carriers popping up. For example to fly from Sendai to Osaka, cost as little as 5,000 yen with "Peach Airlines" far cheaper than by train and even by bus. And if you still want to know if the Japan Rail Pass is worth it or not, you can use the Japan Rail Pass calculator on the Japan guides website. where you can input the length of time you're staying and your itinerary to get a rough idea whether or not it's worth it. I think to many people the words budget and Japan seem to be something of a contradiction. There's this assumption that the cost of visiting Japan for a two-week holiday, would be enough to bankrupt dictator, but it doesn't have to. In the last year's Japan has experienced a boom in tourism. From 8 million overseas tourists in 2007, to 24 million last year.
And with it it's led to a whole new wave of hostels and hotels, rail passes, buses and low-cost domestic airlines, that have made it cheaper to experience and travel the country than ever before https://casinoslots-ie.com/oriental-express. In fact, this year in the UK Tokyo was ranked as the cheapest long-haul destination thanks to a fall in the value of the yen. In this video we'll be looking at ways that you can save money, on transportation, accommodation and dining out and giving you a general idea of how much you could be spending on any given day. The boom in tourism have seen an explosion of new hostels and hotels, opening across Japan especially in Tokyo. But whether you're staying at a hotel motel or holiday in, the cheapest place to stay in Tokyo is the area of Asakusa and Ueno, where the majority of the hostels are. So, the absolute cheapest option, accommodation wise is staying in a hostel in a dormitory where you can find a bed for as little sometimes as 2,000 yen. If I'm traveling in a group, that's usually the option we go for. The second best option is staying in a capsule hotel which is a bit more expensive, between 3,000 to 5,000 yen per night. If I had to choose between a hostel and a capsule hotel, I would usually go for a capsule hotel, just because the beds are bigger, there's some degree of privacy with the shutter and you get your own TV! What more could you want? After capsule hotels the next cheapest option is to stay at business hotel. Where you can find a single room for about 5000 yen per night if you're lucky, but typically between 5,000 to 7,000 yen. I could recommend some budget hotel chains, like "TOYOKO-INN" or "APA" hotels. But actually I found over the last year the best way is to just go online and compare prices for about half an hour. And the 3 best websites are probably "Booking.com" "Japan i Can.com" and "Rakuten Travel" and "HOSTELWORLD" if you're booking a hostel. you can find bargains on "Airbnb" as well, especially if you're traveling in a group of like three or four people, but if you're traveling solo I tend to find "Airbnb" works out to be more expensive. and I use it more for the experience of staying somewhere interesting rather than to travel on a budget. Finally the wild card option is to stay in a love hotel, where you can find a room for about 8,000 yen per night on average. Although with a love hotel you're paying for the room rather than people in it so if, you're going with two people then it still works out cheaper than a standard hotel room. And it's typically a lot bigger than a standard hotel room. With things like cages, teddy bear caves and jacuzzis at your disposal. Try and book all of your accommodation at least three months in advance to save quite a bit of money. Hey welcome back to Millennial Moms. I'm Amy from epoddle and we just got back from two weeks of traveling. With three kids, that can be so hectic. Here are five tips to help you through your summer travels. Tip number one is try to pack light.
With five people in the family, we have bags upon bags upon bags. Just try to remember it, the lighter, the better. You can always do laundry in the laundry room at the hotel, or if you staying with family, there's going to be a laundry room too. And you don't need every pair of shoes. Tip number two is to utilize the services we have now that we live in an Internet age. Amazon is a great way to deliver diapers or toiletries, stuff that you'll be using there and not bringing home and that will save you a ton of room in your bags. Also there are tons of rental services where you can rent strollers pack and place car seats even that would help you not to have to take those from your first two stop to your second stop. That will save you so much time through the airport. Step number three is pack snacks. We have so many snacks between the three kids and they are needed. We love stuff from Trader Joe's, dried fruits, seeds, granola bars and those packets of applesauce are great for kids. Don't forget the refillable water bottles. You can fill them at the water stations near most bathrooms in the airport now, and definitely a little bit of candy for some bribes. Tip number four, the surprise bags. I have a bag for each of our kids. My mom used to do that. When we were traveling, she used to pack some surprises, activities, stickers, crayons, books we'd never seen and some special snacks, and that really kept us busy on all of our trips. I'm using that still today and I have to tell you it works like a charm. My kids know it's coming and it really helps them get excited for the travel day itself which helps with their behavior. Tip number five is for the parents. Relax a little. Traveling makes for a long day for everybody. We're always a little lax when it comes to parenting our travel days. Nobody likes sitting in the seat for that long, especially not kids and they have to get their wiggles out. We let them have a little fun in the airport and run around a little bit. Most airports these days even have a jungle gym or play place. If you let them get their energy out a little bit, everybody on the plane will thank you. Thanks so much for watching this episode of Millennial Moms. I really hope these five tips help you with your travel plans this summer. Leave a comment below with your best tip for traveling with kids. Be sure to subscribe to Baby League and we'll see you next time. Bye. The Dash core team's upgrade of 12.1 was pushed on the evening of February 5th. Holy network update! It's never a dull moment here at Dash-land.
Hi, I'm Amanda B. Johnson and you're watching DASH: Detailed. And because I know you want to hear them first, let's start with Network Statistics. Today's masternode count is 4,219. Of these, about 23% have already upgraded to 12.1, and around 6% are in the process of doing so. On the mining side of things, about 50% of Dash's hashrate has upgraded to 12.1 at this time Casinoslots. Speaking of hashrate, our current hashrate is 2.3 terahashes per second. The general sentiment on the state of the upgrade from both core and community members seems to be that all is going swimmingly. Now, here's the important part. The enforcement, or spork of the protocal versions – that is the old one and the new – is set to take place on Sunday, February 12th. This means that on that day, any nodes not running 12.1 software will be kicked-off the network. If you have a full-node wallet and you've not yet upgraded to 12.1 and you intend to, check out the subreddit for a collection of astoundingly simple guides for updating. And now yes, I know you're second most concerned with the price movement so let's do that. Dash price at the time of recording in U.S. dollars is $17.14. Someone recently cleverly pointed out on the Dash subreddit that this has put us at parity with silver. This makes the Dash market capitalization roughly $121 million U.S. dollars. There are just under 7.1 million Dash in existence. And over the past 24 hours we've seen roughly $1.3 million U.S. dollars in trade volume. For context, here is our three month change in market cap. Our one year change in market cap. And of course our lifetime, or a little more than three year, change in market cap. And now for development updates. Lead developer of Dash, Evan Duffield, has published a synopsis. It includes details on 12.1's functionality, a reminder that if you had a multi-month proposal into the treasury prior to 12.1 you'll want to re-submit, and a sketch of things going forward. Not to mention a link to Dash's pretty, pretty new website. Yes, that's right. If you've not yet checked out the new Dash.org you may care to do so as it is different this time 'round. One might call it more user-friendly. In other development updates, KeepKey has released a beta client that supports Dash. And speaking of hardware wallets, I know, so many want to know, “Can I launch a masternode with my Trezor? Or my KeepKey?” And the answer is – if you're willing to put in some manual labor – “Yes!” By following this guide actually, as published by Dash developer Chaeplin. The steps are what one might call laborious, and the buzz about town seems to indicate that within a number of weeks, the process should be simpler, and corresponding guides will be published at that time. In other developments, Evan Duffiled and Ryan Taylor among potentially others – I'm not actually sure come to think of it – have moved into their new office space at Arizona State University's SkySong Innovation Center. Ryan shared these photos of the new digs and its various amenities, as well as the mailing address of the office, should you care to send any physical mail to them. And in other developments, Dash core team members Robert Wiecko as well as Holger Schnizel have wrapped-up their appearance with a few members of Coinfirm at London's ICE gaming conference, where Dash with Coinfirm's services were presented as a complete package of sorts for the gaming and gambling industry. Can you handle more? How about Dash in the News? The 12.1 update was covered by Mike Dautner in Payment Week as well as Samburaj Das in CryptoCoins News. In addition, Ryan Taylor also gave an interview on the Spanish YouTube channel Cripto Noticias. The verbiage is in English, the subtitles are in Spanish, just to be clear. And now to Business News. The exchange BitSane based in Ireland is now a new fiat gateway for those wanting to buy Dash with dollars or euros. BitSane accepts dollar or euro deposits via OKPAY, AdvCash or bank wires. And speaking of fiat gateways, I must correct a mistake I made in last week's show in that Bittylicious, yes only accepts bank wires from UK customers, but they accept credit and debit card purchases from people all over the world. Sorry about that Bittylicious and thanks for correcting me. And in other business news – very exciting – General Bytes, the CTM manufacturer based in Czech Republic, has launched a ThunderClap campaign to add Dash to their CTMs. So what General Bytes is seeking is that any Dash support who has a Twitter, Facebook, or Tumblr account sign-up to share the news about the Dash addition to the product on February 24th. At this time, 39 of the desired 100 people have agreed to do so, myself included. So if you have a Twitter, Tumblr, or Facebook and you'd be willing to share the message that Dash is going to be supported on General Bytes on the 24th, go ahead and sign-up at this page. And finally – we're almost to the end – Social Happenings. There have been two Dash meetups – one in Kazakhstan, yes Kazakhstan! As well as one in Panama, where Dash core member Danial Diaz presented. My information on the Kazakhstan meetup is limited to this snappy video that was uploaded by a sister YouTube channel that I didn't know that we had. Well done. And more information about the Panamanian meetup can be found on this Steemit post by Randy Hilarski. Next, the Dash Force has announced their testnet contest winners who are defacto, t0dd, and 1fabunicorn who each won $100 in Dash for their great work testing. Well done. And finally, Dash developer kodaxx has put up this web game to test gambling with Dash using slots. Anybody can stop by to try out the game, which uses testnet coins. If you'd like to try, kodaxx recommends that you use the Android Dash testnet wallet, and you can get free testnet Dash at any sort of faucet, like this one. And that's it for DASH: Detailed. What a day! What a week! If you've not yet, I hope that you'll subscribe to this weekly series by sending an email to [email protected] and I'll take care of it. We publish a new video every Wednesday at 12pm EST.
